Shaare Zedek is on high alert, receiving and treating most of the terror victims in the Jerusalem area.  The recent unrest has seen shooting and stabbing victims, motorists injured by stone throwers and police wounded by rioters transported to the Hospital where they are being cared for.  Shaare Zedek’s Weinstock Family Department of Emergency Medicine on the Fanya Gottesfeld Floor is Jerusalem’s busiest ER.

Recently, First Lady Nechama Rivlin and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu paid separate visits to Shaare Zedek Medical Center to visit the wounded. In the photo, the Prime Minister is seen with Moshe Malka, a 15 year-old boy who was stabbed near the Damascus Gate. Malka suffered wounds to his chest and back; his attacker was killed by police.

We wish all of the victims a quick and complete recovery!
